c02_save_separate_run.py should be able to take in a session and even a run argument to reprocess specific sessions or runs.
ses and run argument in c02_save_separate_run.py that will output physio03-bids files specific to those specific sessions/runs.
Just rerunning the whole subject. Which can take a while if a subject has many sessions/runs.
