[BUG] sub-0005 ses-04 missing fractionals run-1 #77

As the title says, this is a missing data issue. sub-0005 ses-04 has been run through fmriprep, and there is raw data in BIDS for mat for ses-04 task-fractionals run-1, but no fmriprep output.

@bogpetre Did we resolve this by asking Patrick to run fmriprep? Or is this still a pending issue?

This data is still missing from the fmriprep output folder and does not seem to be available in other repos either.

/dartfs-hpc/rc/lab/C/CANlab/labdata/data/spacetop_data/derivatives/fmriprep/results/fmriprep/sub-0005/ses-04/func

Source data has both events.tsv and functional data.

However, functional data only has 5 volumes.
Behavioral data has full trial data TODO: further investigate → check whether dup files existed and whether any have been deleted in history
