PHP Version: 7.3
Package version: 1.4.2

Describe the Bug

I have an event name in Hebrew with quotes around a couple of words and the quotes are being converted to html entitites. i.e. ”צלם אלוהים” וערכי השוויון בהגותו של אברהם יהושע השל

Expected Behavior

The quotes should remain in the event name. i.e. "צלם אלוהים" וערכי השוויון בהגותו של אברהם יהושע השל

Screenshot_7 In outlook.com it adds + instead of space. I hope there is a way to avoid that as well.
