This is WIP and maybe gets dismissed/closed

TODO:

[ ] Cleanup
[ ] Maybe add feature test and test it against a real GCS Bucket
[ ] More tests
[ ] Maybe test different approaches for generating temporary/normal urls (e.g. use the signedURL method and strip away the signature parameters that makes the url "secure"
