I can confirm this on Windows 10. Purchased the license less than 24 hours ago and now I just received the message that I am in trial mode. Had to reactivate the license. 👎

I can confirm this is also happening to me. I'm running on a Linux system. Weirdly its happening on my desktop Linux but not my laptop Linux. This has been going on for a couple of months. I reactive on this device. I've even deleted the device on the website and re-added. Nothing resolves it.
I can confirm that this is also a case we have in our office for all developers. A banner that we are in trial, when we click it finds the license and the banner is removed! Windows 11 Pro
This happens to me daily on Windows 10 as well.
Fix that please, it's really annoying....
The latest release seems to have fixed this issue, no longer occurs for me.
I am running MacOS Sonoma 14.5 and this problem just started occurring seemingly after the latest release. I now have to reactive the license often, sometimes multiple times / day
Describe the bug Almost every day I have to activate the Ray license on the only Windows 11 PC I use.
