Update README with Alpine section #232

This PR adds some information about the optional Alpine plugin as discussed in https://github.com/spatie/statamic-responsive-images/discussions/79.

Apologies for late response.

Personally I would rather prefer if this remained as a discussion thread, I see little value in putting few lines of code into a package that then becomes a dependency. I know, technically you can link to CDN JS, but half of the work is changing the template anyway.

I know Rias vouched you to create this PR but I have different opinion on this, so this PR is kind of in weird a stalemate. Unless Rias himself wants to press the merge button. :sweat_smile: I've personally never used those technologies that are listed in the discussion thread so I don't quite get this use case, so maybe that's just me.
