[improvement] Provide graphical indication that a column is sortable #146

Having non-sortable and sortable columns makes the user interactions hard to discover. There is also no indication that any kind of sorting is available if the initial sort has not been made on one of the displayed columns. Ideally some sort of indicator would always show up when a column is sortable.

(And thanks a lot for the work on this very cool component 👍).
