214 examine why timeline click does not work properly 214 #215

resovles #214

  1. Timeline updates startend duration everytime there is a change
  2. Markline is also updated everything startend span changes
  3. Clicking timeline to set markline also works when startend changes
  4. Arrows are able to be clicked once and then are disabled
  5. The above means that user can go back 10 years or go forward to default lifespan
