utkscan does not respect the -q flag #23

Business Value

Utkscan doesn't respect the -q flag. This information passed down to every part of the software. ScanInterface and Unpacker respect the flag but nothing below that level.

  1. spaulaus/paass#7 - Write a command line argument parser.

    Functional Requirements

  2. Debugging messages in utkscan are toggled via the -q flag.
