Add ability to include null results to search #291

When running a methods search, it would be helpful to include specimens for which this method could not be scored. For example, when running a methods search for os coxae of a certain age range, I would like the search to also return those specimens of this element for which this age data is unavailable due to damage/fragmentation/etc, so that all os coxae with the dorsal demiface scored as 0-3 would be included in the results, as would any for which this field was left blank.

As in the image, it seems to me a check box might work.
