Siding options should be limited for some elements #345

Impossible siding of elements should be limited by the system. The below screenshot demonstrates two os coxae that were entered as "middle" into CoRA - that is not possible, and should not be permitted as an option. The attached spreadsheet (bottom) contains the information provided in the lists below.

The following midline elements should only have "middle" as an option - no left, right, or unsided:

The following elements should only have "left", "right", or "unsided" as options (not middle):

The following elements could use group discussion to decide which siding options should be possible. @sfuehr @lfkennedy , would you guys like to weigh in following our in-person discussion of this topic?:
