Measurements in limbo following peer review changes #551

Discrepancy: Measured = CHECKED; Measurements page = BLANK

I inventoried an element as an intermediate cuneiform and entered its length in the measurements page. During peer review, I changed the element type to lateral cuneiform. Now, the element shows a checkmark indicating it is "measured" when it's searched, but the measurement did not transfer from "maximum length of intermediate cuneiform" to "maximum length of lateral cuneiform" - the latter is blank.

I think the basis of this is correct - if you measured something as a different bone, you should re-measure for the "new" bone since the measurements are different (in this case, they really aren't, but if something changed from a humerus to a femur, then they would be very different [of course, this is unlikely to happen] but the system wouldn't know if Hum_02 = Fem_02). However, the box should be unchecked for "Measured" until something is entered in.
