Add accessibility to trending topics #20

This might be good to add in the search window maybe under the search bar. Since the whole trending topics system is kind of a big thing with Twitter.

You currently can view trending topics, but I agree it should be more easily accessible. Currently you have to back swipe past the login window, to the welcome window, and click search and explore.

indeed, it kinda sucks. this is fairly high on my priority list.
