When clicking a shortcut button, it should fill in the tactic and category too #11

This helps keep the app consistent. Otherwise the current behavior is often:

  1. fill in a url
  2. fill in a tactic
  3. fill in a category
  4. press the twitter shortcut

Today, the app shows the twitter link. But the tactic and category the user entered likely wont match.

These should be in synch
