Make the aerotech flyer use correct start and stop timestamps #120

Current implementation sets the start and end timestamp for the fly scan to the taxi start and taxi end time. We should really re-write this so that the start and end timestamps correspond to when the motor is in the center of the first and last pixels respectively.
