Should the fly_scan() plan recognize the max number of points for detectors #184

For example, the scaler has a max_channels PV that is set to 8000 on the 25idcVME. It'd be nice if there was an error when running a fly_scan with more than 8000 points, but not sure quite how to do that. I guess the plan should check.
