UI improvements to grid scan window

• [x] Add spacers to time estimate and num_scans layouts
• [x] Make the time values integers (except for seconds can be a float)
• [x] Update time estimate when detector exposure time changes
• [ ] Add a minimum width to the component selector combobox
• [ ] Make it more clear whether a relative or absolute scan is requested
