Error when I try to download the dataset. #2

Hi,

Thanks for your excellent work about the weather dataset. I really appreciate for offering this repo to download the dataset. But I met the network error and fail to download it. Is the storage been closed?

The error details are as follows:

By downloading data from this dataset, you agree to the terms and conditions defined at https://github.com/spcl/climetlab-maelstrom-ens10/blob/main/ENS10_LICENCE.txt If you do not agree with such terms, do not download the data. Recovering from connection error [HTTPSConnectionPool(host='storage.ecmwf.europeanweather.cloud', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /MAELSTROM_AP4/output.pl.20180226 (Caused by ConnectTimeoutError(<urllib3.connection.HTTPSConnection object at 0x7f483068ae00>, 'Connection to storage.ecmwf.europeanweather.cloud timed out. (connect timeout=30)'))], attemps 1 of 500 Retrying in 120 seconds.

Thank you for reporting. I am able to download the dataset, (looks like this was a temporary error?).
