Add SQS output queue and standardize configuration

Unfortunately, we broke the master branch recently due to changes in the configuration scripts.

• [x] Fix missing configuration in examples.
• [x] Update configuration names to use service names explicitly.
• [x] Add SQS on the function side.
• [x] Add SQS on the client side.

Fixed with #29 and the new release of client library v0.1.
