We need to implement the ZooKeeper watch semantics.

[ ] Create watches on data.
[ ] Create empty, fake nodes for create watches.
[ ] Writer checking for watch invocation and modifying counters (#4)
[ ] Implement watch functions.
[ ] Path watch (getChildren).
[ ] function delivery user receive with ordering
[ ] watch triggering on user side (most recent data)
[ ] delay reads
[x] create node
[ ] get children
[ ] test get data watch
[ ] test exists data watch
[ ] tests watch delayed
[ ] tests early detection of a watch

Verify which features from this have already been implemented
