Adds Turtle format RDF files to the website deployed file [spdx-id].

So https://spdx.org/licenses/0BSD.ttl should be valid when this goes live, right? Any prospects on that?

Correct. I'm hoping to have these changes included in the next release of the license list. This issue in the license-list-XML repo tracks the update of the application prior to the license list release.
