No opinion on the name but +1 to add. I wonder if we could get to a "Any-Use" SPDX identifier with optional obligation language (e.g., notices preserved, etc.).

this is accepted, but not sure on naming as @swinslow suggested Kastrup and @richardfontana suggested binhex and both are sort of viable given the location... tie breaker?
