Update links to spdx/license-list-XML repo to most recent ones.
Fix one instance of "SPDX License list" -> "SPDX License List", make it consistent with other instances and with ones in https://spdx.org/licenses/
"Linux Foundation" -> "The Linux Foundation", as it is a formal name of the foundation
