Add Crunchbase to Tern

Tern was missing the crunchbase URL, I've added the one for VMWare, not sure if it's the right one but it seems related to them.

In theory all entries should have a Crunchbase URL. We relaxed this requirement not long ago for some situations where it was impossible to find or create an entry on Crunchbase, but a parent organization for the repo would still be required. You can see here an example of a repo without Crunchbase
