attributionText in snippet is working? #62

I confirmed that I can put attributionText in snippets in the standard document v2.3.0 However, when I create an sbom document, the attributionText of snippets section is not included. The attributionText I put in files section is included well. Can you check it?

Thanks @yan09test01 for reporting this. Indeed the attribution text was not included for snippets.

I just created a pull request to fix.
