@tjasmith I updated PR #254 to include the public modifier for the normalizeText.

I believe I can merge #254 and close this PR - if you don't mind doing a review of #254 and let me know if it is missing anything.

I also updated the PR to include finding the end of the license text as well as unit tests. It should be reasonably stable now.
