consider .npmignore'ing the "examples" dir? #81

My npm install of restify, for example (which has spdy as a dep) has "node_modules/restify/node_modules/spdy/examples/twitlog/node_modules/socket.io/node_modules/socket.io-client/lib/vendor/web-socket-js/flash-src/com/hurlant/crypto/tests/AESKeyTest.as"

Crazy. :)

Please check spdy@1.3.6, should be resolved now :)
