Create a listed helm chart to enable Speakeasy to be deployed on an K8s cluster (GCP bias for now ok). This public chart will be sub chart of the one we use to deploy Speakeasy Cloud version. The sub chart should not depend on the parent explicitly. speakeasy-chart/charts/gcp-chart/... where speakeasy-chart is used by the speakeasy team for internal deployments and the gcp-chart is using by the customer to deploy on GCP.
