Translate dataset with math problems: https://huggingface.co/datasets/microsoft/orca-math-word-problems-200k

The result should include a translation, but also the original (for example - in fields "instruct_eng" and "output_eng"). This is necessary for later verification.

The changes have been merged. The dataset is currently being checked manually for the correctness of the made translantions
