OpenBot camera observations are not aligned with its forward direction #227

Use the ToggleDebugCamera console command to obtain a third-person view of how the OpenBot is driving in getting_started, and compare its driving direction to the camera observations. It is clear that the camera observations from the OpenBot are not oriented correctly.

My user_config.yaml was misconfigured. This is not actually a bug.
