Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when I can't click the references at the end of the document and see where something is cited. It would be great to click on, say, [HTML] and see where it was cited from.

Describe the solution you'd like In the dfn panel, it would be great to have where a citation happened show up there... same as dfns.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

Can you or your organization fund the work or help with development? No.

Should take biblio references due to data-cite and xref into account also, not just [spec]. It might get out of hand quickly though, as there can be many links (to say, webidl)

Possibly, though anything linking out is fine to remain as is. I'm mostly just interested in internally defined things (which includes citations). The use case is basically, "Why/where is spec X cited?".
