build repository of DOL examples #1062

Create a new folder in Hets-lib. Use the examples from the DOL papers, and test them with Hets. The papers can be found at http://www.informatik.uni-bremen.de/~till/publ_e.htm

I have just created a folder DOL in Hets-lib

I have started something in Ontohub:

I think it belongs there and not in Hets-lib.

the keyword "distributed-ontology" must be replaced by "library" in two examples
