According to Rolf Drechsler, Minisat is 10x faster than zChaff. See also http://trac.informatik.uni-bremen.de:8080/hets/changeset/7831

Done!!! But speed does not matter in the end.

minisat as consistency checker outputs "inconsistent" too often.
