integrate Hets and TNTBase #797

use TNTBase for storing the library environment, instead of keeping it in memory
TNTbase can e.g. handle the dependency closure of imported libraries and intermediate documents (like OmDoc versions of LF files)
TNTbase can handle complex Xqueries using database technology, such that Hets can concentrate on logical issues
for the part of the graph that is actually changed, a leightweight in-memory workflow is needed, but for large libraries, TNTbase should be used - the small graph refers to the larger TNTbase
a prerequisite is that all Hets structuring constructs can be represented in MMT/OmDoc

this is a long-term undertaking and we should think carefully about what we can do, and how the general integration problem between the broker, TNTBase, and HETS can be best solved. These three should be discussed together. I am adding Slava to the cc, maybe he should (eventually) have an account on the HETS trac.

ok, I got an account (thanks Till and Christian) I'm releasing soon, so you will be able to look at the extended documentation and think about what additional features might be useful.
