As a Facilitator I want to see the average score for each question so I can see how different aspects of the project are performing easily. #13

There will need to be some visual changes to accommodate this story.

One approach would be to have the question and average score bar displayed horizontally on the same line, then under each question the results for each option are displayed vertically.

Acceptance Criteria

Can see the question title and question average score (rounded to 1 decimal place)
Can see a question's average score
Can see the results for each option in a question
