Add easy way to exclude deaccessioned items from query results and exported data

Users requested an easy way (asked for a checkbox) to exclude deaccessioned items, as well as gifted, exchanged out, and disposed items from query and data export

For new feature requests it would be always useful to indicate who requested the feature and perhaps the approximate date and any brief relevant context. This will greatly help the prioritization process down the road. Thanks!
