Recieving an error when creating a Repository Agreement #1146

This is a continuation of the Specify 7 Issue #2152 here

This is happening with the same form and view definition as in Specify 7.

When attempting to make a new "Accession Record" I am also trying to create a new "Repository Record". When saving the form I get the following error message.

I am using 6.8.00.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

I also tried creating the "Repository Agreement" first but there does not seem to be a way to link the pre-existing "Repository Agreement" to the new "Accession Record".
