Describe the bug
When attempting to change collections, there are some collections that are cut off by the bottom of the window, and therefore hidden to the user. The user cannot select the hidden collections with their cursor, but it can be selected via the down arrow (although the selection will still be hidden). Note that this bug can be resolved by resizing the window vertically, however the user may not think of this, and instead think that the collection does not exist.
To Reproduce
Click on File > Change Collection
Scroll with either the mouse/trackpad or using the arrow keys.
Notice how the very last collection is covered by the bottom of the popup, and cannot be seen but can be selected via the arrow keys.
Expected Behaviour
The last collection would be visible, and not covered by the interface.
