Under System preferences - "Always ask for collection at startup" does not work. Specifically, it works once or twice, then resets to not asking. I want to be asked at startup which collection to open, but every time I select "Always ask for collection at startup", it will ask the next time or two that I use Specify 6.8.03, but it reverts to opening the last collection used after a short while.
