Should the following be deleted from the OOTB installed Picklists?

FYI, of the 44 PickLists defined across the 10 divisions here are some stats:

10 Divisions 44 Picklists 29 Picklists are exactly the same across all collections 15 Picklists are not the same across all collections 8 Picklists are not assigned / used in the schema [Could/Should these be deleted from the OOTB package?]
