AccessionNumber: This line conflicts with a line earlier in the file where both cells have the same field. #1233

I suspect the commented line I am referencing here was intended to replace the active line above. It is one-or-the-other and this one is just a weblink example.

Consider adding a note in the comments about that or deleting this reference.
