Error when adding gift or accession to deaccession form #860

I get a 'Specify was unable to recover from a database update problem' error message when I save a deaccession form with gift and/or accession data

The accessions control should be read only.

The + button on the gifts activates a completely out of context process

The accession problem is most likely forms. Gift is something else.
