Ability to include uncataloged items to Disposal #883

Want to be able to add G/EO/D from uncataloged items much like the behavior for loans. In Loans:

click on loan
click enter items
click uncataloged
a Loan form pops up with preparation record that have a 0 quantities and a blank description field. Clicking on this record gives a dialog for editing the quantity and description.

Doing the same for Disposal:

click on Disposal
Click enter items
click uncataloged
Nothing happens
