Uploading a large file to the WB results in a corrupt error #1541

For a file that big, it fails at the first opportunity. Fixing the issue in this place would only make this fail in the next place (i.e, the back-end might reject a data set that large

P.S. 81MB is crazy large for a spreadsheet. Keep in mind that xlsx files are compressed. Hard to imagine how big the spreadsheet would be uncompressed.
