Display Full date in date picker (10 November 2020) #1964

This has been requested several times by institutions. Being able to display the full date with the month makes it easy to distinguish when there could be confusion due to MM/DD or DD/MM.

More context: Specify 7 uses a web's native date picker The format for such date picker is coming from operating system preferences Web standards do not provide ability to customize it The only solution is to use some sort of date picker library (and date pickers are notoriously hard to implement - because keyboard navigation, screen reader support and dealing with dates - all these combines are a pain to deal with)
