Queries made in Specify 7 cannot be used to create a report or label in iReport #1991

Developed a new report for labels in Specify 6 and iReport and the report runs fine in both Specify 6 and 7 and can be used with record sets. No errors and not a 500 error now.

However, queries developed in Specify 7 do not work in iReport, as the list of fields in the query are not available to be added to the report template in iReport, but when the same query is developed in Specify 6, the list of fields is displayed.

Current workaround is to modify the existing Specify 7 query in Specify 6, then use it to compose a report or label in iReport. Closely related to #1768 as the same underlying problem leads to both issues. Specify 7 needs to update reports/labels associated with the queries created in it (potentially removing the independence of the report or labels in 7) or we need to address this in how we handle adding fields to JRXML files.
