Support parsing aggregated strings upon reconciliation

If we are to pull Collectors back into Specify 7 from Symbiota for instance, we need to be able to parse strings before merging the existing records

The formatter in this case is Last Name, First Name Middle Name

We should be able to use the formatter to interpret the incoming values
