App Resources content not visible at certain width of browser window #4377

Describe the bug The resource content in App resources is not visible when the browser window width is 640px - 767px wide.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to App Resources
  2. Click on any Resource (https://herbrbge31323-edge.test.specifysystems.org/specify/resources/app-resource/1/)
  3. Adjust window width size to anywhere between 640px - 767px
  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see that the content is cut off

Expected behavior Should be able to view content at any width.

Can recreate in edge (7.9.6) but if you continue to shrink it does eventually fix itself
