Able to save when cataloger (required field) is empty

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. In the lsumzmammals database the cataloger is a required field however if you take out the information so it is blank you can still save it

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to collection object
2. Click on cataloger
3. delete the cataloger in there
4. See that you can save it

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. You should not be able to save the form
