Incorrect field shift

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. After typing in a parent of taxon if you delete it and type something else the form shifts and then shifts back after a taxon is selected.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to data entry
2. Click on taxon
3. Input a parent of taxon
4. Delete what you selected and reenter a new taxon
5. See form shift

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. The form should not shift and should stay the same size.
